Decision to develop strong HR Identica as the most attractive employer was done just when the company was established. Given the fact that marketing research industry can not be compared in size with chewing gum or yoghurt, we could use only nished and very targeted communication channels in order to ensure high effeciency level.
In addition to atraction of new team members to the company, another task of same importance is to ensure highest motivation level and loyalty among current team. To achieve that, Vector Market Research arranges team buildings, corporate trainings, regular personal development discussions (PDD), employee satisfaction study etc. Internaly, we define HR as Human Relations (not just as Human Resources) on the level company - employees, and believe that this approach enables to achieve better results.
We build HR Brand of our company both inside the organization, and outside. For us HR Brand is not a separate brand, it is just a point of view towards our company.
