Vector Market Research launched a new research in the automotive industry
Objective of the research is to study cost of ownership of certain car brands during the guarantee period.
The research is done by V_automotive methodology, that enables to cover both regular service costs, but also cost of spare parts and works not included into regular service.
Research design consists of 2 major phases: Phase 1 - interviews with car owners (certain car brands selected with a screener), Phase 2 - phone interviews with dealers with an objective to get precise data on service and spare parts costs that were stated by respondents in Phase 1 in addition to regular service costs.
Research results into precise information regarding cost of ownership of certan car brands and models during the guarantee period.
