Vector Market Research started a new research assignment: monitoring of insurance products.
The research presumes detailed analysis of insurance products within CASCO line of business of 20 insurance companies.
Key issues for the research assignment: tariffs (depending on vehicle and driver profile), discounts and bonuses, insurance terms and conditions, additional services etc.
Research method: mystery shopper. Information requests to the targeted insurance companies is arranged via telephone and also using e-mail requests.
Geographical coverage of the market research: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk
Project timing: 3 calendar weeks. The project is scheduled for 4 waves during 2009.
